Evergain Portable Far Infrared Sauna Hot House. Rapid Detoxification After Use.

Sauna vs. Steam Room
Jennifer and I always go to the gym after Sunday church, and spend a couple of hours together. It seems like none of us has time for the other. So we get our workout done and decide to finish up in the sauna. Come to find out its not working. Whats the problem? So we go over to the steam room. I am not a fan of the steam room. Even though they're both basically hot baths, saunas use dry heat and a steam room uses moist heat. Saunas have very low humidity, which means they can be much hotter than a steam room. They're usually between 80 C and 100 C which is perfectly safe because they use dry heat. On the other hand a steam room is usually about 40 C. If the steam room was much hotter than that it could scald your skin! That would probably ruin what should be a relaxing and pleasurable experience, you think?
