Frog Replica
In this picture that David painted, and air brushed is one of intricate detail. I love the two amphibians sitting at the campfire. Taken from one of the illustrations in the book. The book belonged to Brad when he was younger. Brad wanted his dad to paint him a stool of Warton and Morton, and so he did. Unfortunetely the stool burned in a fire years ago. One day, I said to David, can you paint a picture of Warton and Morton? And so he did. The story goes like this. When Warton had finished his spring cleaning, he felt ready for new horizons."Let's go east!" he said to his brother Morton. So the two toads packed their gear, said goodbye to their house under the stump, and set out the next morning. That night, while Warton pitched their tent by a little stream. Morton cooked a delicious meal. The trip was off to a good start. However, the little stream led to a mysterious swamp, where creatures lived that neither brother had ever heard of! Warton and Morton's remarkable experiences, combine to make this a cheery adventure.
