Shape Up

Spring is a great time of year to get your body in shape. You can start by getting your plate in shape. Make half of your plate fruits and veggies. Vary your protein choices such as seafood, nuts and beans, lean meats, and poultry and eggs. Enjoy you foods, but eat less. Cook more often at home where you are in control of what's in your food. Last, but not least be physically active your way. I love the gym. Thirty minutes on the treadmill, yoga class and sauna fills my 2 hours 4 times a week.
