BGHS Concessions
It’s recommended to drink at least eight glasses of water a day to stay hydrated, while it’s not an easy task for most of us to keep up with that. The good news is that you can consume some fresh vegetables and fruits to keep you hydrated this summer, as lots of them are more than 80 percent water. Following are some good choices: Cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, broccoli and watermelon.
