As we continue through life, it becomes more important every year to have something healthy and motivating and even inspiring to keep our focus, and to which we can look forward. It becomes even more exciting when we, personally, can be an inspiration to others along the way. A variety of exercise and health and wellness regimens are always a good idea to maintain, but as we age, our tendency to sustain injuries becomes more acute, and our tolerance for high impact exercise decreases significantly. We need a long term commitment to a long term wellness lifestyle for life. My suggestion is Yoga. And I have been in Yoga for 5 years now. Love it, love it, love it!+
