Violets on the kitchen table

Peppermint is purifying and stimulating to the conscious mind. Diffuse in the mornings for an uplifting an awakening experience. Diffusing peppermint may also be beneficial during times when focus or attention is needed. 


Peppermint is one of the oldest and most highly regarded herbs for promoting healthy digestion. Apply peppermint essential oil to the abdomen to keep the tummy happy.

 

Taking Peppermint may promote a healthy digestive system, respiratory system, and help to support weight management goals. Apply a drop of Peppermint to the palm of hand and lick the drop. Inhale through the nose 3 times and then through the mouth 3 times to maintain open sinuses.  


Add a drop of Peppermint to your water, tea or Zyng for a pick me up beverage!     


Apply peppermint to the bottoms of the feet when feeling below the wellness line to support the immune system. (Think temperature).


Apply peppermint to back of neck or bottoms of feet when heading to the gym for a workout. After, mix some peppermint and lavender essential oils with some V-6 Oil and massage into those worked muscles for a soothing and cooling effect.

 

A/C in a Bottle:

10-15 drops peppermint essential oil

in a spray bottle filled with water

Shake well and spray on body on a hot summer day!
