There's a Bee In My Hair
Last weekend while I was admiring my bees, one of them buzzzed in my hair. They usually disentangle themselves. This time, though, proved to be a disaster. I couldn't get her out of my hair. I waited patiently, I stayed calm, but I know I would have to act fast. I'm sure I looked hilarious hitting myself on the head. I ran to the screened in porch andd yelled for David. I said, I have a bee in my hair. I have natural curly hair so its hard to see anything in there. David looked and looked around, but found nothing. I pluged my ears with my fingers so they wouldn't venture to go there. They love holes, like nose, ear, mouth. David kept telling me to be still. I said I can't. I heard her buzzing away. Then all of a sudden quiet. Had she gone? Where could she bee? That whole evening I kept looking for her in my hair. She escaped somehow. Bees just love dark fuzzy things. I am going to have to be more careful. I was just lucky she didn't sting me.
