Try this simple yogic breathing exercise
To begin put your right hand on your belly button and your left hand on your breast, or you can look in the mirror to watch your breath increase and decrease. To begin, inhale through your nose to the count of four. Exhale through your nose for four counts. Strong smooth breathing does it. When I first began, I couldn't count to four, maybe three if I was lucky. Or say you are really going to lose it. Use this as a calming tool. It really works!
